Attorney Bill Pattillo has been practicing law in Texas since 1995. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense and juvenile law and is one of a very few attorneys in Montgomery County who are certified as juvenile law specialists by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to being a former chief county prosecutor, Bill Pattillo serves as a part-time judge in Oak Ridge and Cut and Shoot. He earned a law degree (J.D.) from Texas Tech University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. He is fluent in Spanish.
Attorney Theresa Pattillo was admitted to the Texas bar in 1995. She represents clients in challenging family law matters involving divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division and adoption. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and Baylor University, Theresa is a former prosecutor in the district attorney's office in Walker County and a former magistrate in Montgomery County.
